All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard domestic shipping takes 3–7 business days (longer for remote areas), while international delivery generally arrives within 7–14 business days. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination; free standard shipping applies to all U.S. orders over $75.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn or unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, simply email support@elevateimpact.com with your order number and reason for return—once approved, ship the item back in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or damaged on arrival, in which case we’ll cover all return charges. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
